Synopsis

Choke is a dark comedy adapted from Chuck Palahniuk’s novel about Victor Mancini, a sex addict who works at a colonial theme park and deliberately chokes in restaurants so that strangers will rescue him and feel bonded to him for life. The scheme funds his mother’s care in a memory facility, while Victor’s own fractured identity and compulsions slowly unravel around him. Directed by Clark Gregg in his feature directorial debut.
